Profile

PEANUTZ MEANS TO ACT UPON SPACE WITH A VARIETY OF NUTZ (MEANING USE IN GERMAN)

Since 1997 Peanutz Architekten have been using "Human Centered Design" as a working method and have proven themselves in guiding and motivating project participants.
Peanutz Architekten deal with all forms of architecture. They take a multi-faceted approach to design.
As well as the design of public space and of housing in urban and rural contexts, they engage in museum and exhibition spatial design with the focus on how to communicate urban concepts, archives and cultural memory.
One focus of their work is the re-activation of public space and derelict industrial structures, with a focus on sustainable and cost-effective architecture through the conversion and interim use of existing structures.
